Bet of the Day
Bayern Munich to beat Borussia Dortmund & BTTS – 19/10
The feature event in Germany is Der Klassiker as Bayern Munich travel to Borussia Dortmund and it’s the first league meeting between these clubs since 2008/09 when one or the other side are not the reigning champions.
Bayern missed out for the first time since 2011/12 last season but are already well on their way to regaining their mantle.
Vincent Kompany’s side have won nine and drawn two in the Bundesliga, having scored 36 goals and conceded just seven.
Dortmund have lacked consistency domestically – Nuri Sahin’s side are fifth going into the weekend with four defeats already.
Both games last season were won by the away side – and Bayern triumphed 4-0 at Signal Iduna Park.
Of the last 12 meetings, Bayern have won 10 with all bar one in that dozen-long sequence having featured over 3.5 goals.
Special of the Day
Wolves to beat Bournemouth and Matheus Cunha anytime goalscorer – 33/10
The fixture list was fiendish for Wolves in the early part of the season and Gary O’Neil and his squad had to ride out the storm at times.
They have started to turn things around, however, and Wanderers are unbeaten in four and have scored 10 goals in that run.
Bournemouth, meanwhile, stunned Arsenal and Manchester City at the Vitality Stadium but have suffered successive defeats recently and lost three of their last four on the road.
Matheus Cunha is one of the Premier League’s most in-form attackers. The 25-year-old Brazilian has four goals alongside three assists in his last four games. He can add another and help Wolves make it three straight wins.

Longshot of the Day
West Ham to beat Arsenal – 6/1
A London derby is the teatime offering in the Premier League as Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal visit West Ham.
The Gunners were superb in their midweek Champions League rout at Sporting Lisbon, scoring five times, but the hosts fell apart to some degree.
After a slow start to the campaign, West Ham are beginning to breathe life into their season and were also impressive in their 2-0 win at Newcastle on Monday night.
Julen Lopetegui was under scrutiny early in the campaign but the Hammers are unbeaten in three at home, having defeated Ipswich and Manchester United prior to a goalless draw with Everton.
The Gunners, meanwhile, haven’t won any of their last four Premier League away games, losing at Bournemouth and Newcastle in between draws with Manchester City and Chelsea.
West Ham have avoided defeat in five of the last eight meetings between these clubs in east London and have beaten Arsenal home and away in their last three meetings. They look overpriced to surprise their visitors.
