Aberdeen vs Celtic preview
Second hosts third in the Premiership on Wednesday when Celtic make the trip north to face Aberdeen.
Just a couple of weeks ago, this would have been given the big ‘title race’ build-up.
But the Dons have picked up just two points from their last three games as the early season promise looks to be fizzing out.
They’re now four points behind Celtic, having played a game more than the champions.
They’ve conceded the first goal in each of those games too, with no clean sheets from any of their last six games.
They battled back tremendously well to come from two down to get a point at Celtic Park earlier in the season, only to be dismantled by Brendan Rodgers’ men at Hampden a few weeks later.
Since that draw with Aberdeen, Celtic have only failed to win two games – draws with Atalanta and Club Brugge.
They look formidable at the moment and the five first half goals with a second-string team at the weekend highlighted that.

Aberdeen vs Celtic prediction
Too strong
Celtic are just on another level as things stand and can kick seven points clear in this top of the table clash.
Aberdeen’s fall off has been tough for the supporters who will now have a battle to fend off Rangers for second.
Fancied to score and cause Celtic some problems defensively but Celtic’s record is good here – they haven’t lost since 2016 – and that can continue.
