November brought a new record for mobile sports betting revenue in New York, US, reaching US$231.6m.
The latest figure beat the previous record of $211.5m, set in January this year, by 9.5 per cent.
The revenue record follows a record for sports betting wagers set in October of $2.3bn.
While handle did not follow suit in November, it still came in as the second-highest ever – only beaten by October’s new record – at $2.27bn.
This represented a drop of 2.4 per cent from the record.
Year-on-year, sports betting revenue in New York was up 53.5 per cent in November from last year’s $150.9m. Handle rose 7.4 per cent year-on-year.
Out of all of New York’s licensed mobile sports betting operators, FanDuel pulled in the most revenue and handle – $102.6m and $921.2m, respectively.
DraftKings followed behind with revenue of $77.1m and handle of $745.4m.
