Leading sportsbook provider Altenar has produced a new intelligent bet acceptance logic designed to improve the user experience and minimise the number of bets rejected due to a live bet delay.
Altenar has produced an innovative solution to improving the live betting capacity of its sportsbook with the release of a new intelligent bet acceptance logic.
The proprietary algorithm devised by the Altenar team means that bets can now be placed through its sportsbook if there is no significant change to the odds while the player is compiling a bet.
The fresh approach to bet acceptance will improve the user experience and minimise the number of bets which are rejected due to a live bet delay.
The algorithm filters out the ‘noise’ of odds changes and allows the users to place bets on the prices they initially selected, even if the odds changed during a bet delay. As a result, almost all live bets are accepted given that there is no fundamental change in the events.
Operators can tailor the solution based on their strategy, with the acceptance criteria fully customisable, and the new bet acceptance is proving to be one of the most robust solutions in the industry.
Dinos Doxiadis, Altenar’s sportsbook product development manager, said: “We are happy to present another innovative solution, this time tackling one of the oldest problems of the industry. Our new bet acceptance algorithm, combined with our dynamic live bet delay, provides a very convincing solution to this problem.”
Altenar is also unleashing true player personalisation for its sportsbook clients and providing them with a range of new tools thanks to a new Intelligence Platform.
This impressive in-house solution allows operators to use sportsbook data in a variety of innovative ways, including producing personalised content for users, performing automated user segmentation, audience group creation and much more.
Reporting is already streamlined and accelerated by automating data collection, processing and analysis, enabling instant updates and real-time reporting.
Altenar’s Intelligence Platform consolidates data from various sources into a single repository, allowing for easier access and analysis. By storing and retrieving historical data, teams can also evaluate past performance and track patterns over time.
Behavioural analysis can be used to recommend personalised experiences, offers and content that aligns with the player’s interests, while marketing campaigns can be based at specific player groups based on factors such as their betting habits and frequency.
The improved functionality will help operators make informed decisions aligned with the interests of the users as well as the business objectives. It will help to boost the detection of potential risks, including problem gambling or fraudulent activities, thereby not only safeguarding the operator’s financial interests but also encouraging responsible gambling practices.
