It’s always a tense, frantic, full-blooded fixture. This Old Firm should be no different.
Celtic and Rangers will finish the top two in the country with the winner of these fixtures having a pretty good footing in how the title race will pan out.
Obviously, it’s been rather one-sided for the past decade or so. Rangers boss Philippe Clement’s task is to try and somehow change that.
It looks set to be a formidable task if the early season form is anything to go by, with the Hoops blowing away Kilmarnock, Hibs and St Mirren without conceding to open their campaign.
Rangers’ 6-0 win over a torrid Ross County side last time out should give them a bit of added confidence heading to Celtic Park.
But they do so again without their own supporters, as the boring and childish saga rumbles on and takes away a great deal from what is meant to be our showpiece fixture, watched around the world.
Gers haven’t won at Celtic Park since a Connor Goldson double back in October 2020. The last time they did so with fans in the stadium was December 2019.

With star man Matt O’Riley now down south, Reo Hatate will have to step up his goals and assists outlay to help the Hoops.
