The Detroit Lions head into this game without defensive end Aidan Hutchinson, who fractured his tibia in their Week 6 domination of the Dallas Cowboys. This is a massive blow to their defence.
The Detroit Lions have a top-tier offence, but they’ll take on a Minnesota defence with 11 interceptions (first) and 20 sacks (third).
Minnesota should also have tight end T.J. Hockenson back in the lineup.
Still, both defences, in terms of passing yards and passing touchdowns, demonstrate that they’re more of a “bend but don’t break” style, meaning they allow a lot of yards, but opposing teams have a hard time getting into the end zone.

With this being a divisional matchup, we could see some scoring or a game script that goes outside the stats, but I think this will be a lower-scoring game.
