Dutch reprimand for online operators

The Dutch Gambling Authority, the KSA, has reprimanded 13 online gambling providers for obstructing payouts to players.

A number of providers with a licence for online gambling apply unauthorised conditions for paying out player credits. This is evident from research by the KSA.

The KSA has instructed nine providers to stop doing this. There are also four providers with a licence that are suspected of applying these types of conditions.

These providers have been told by the KSA that this is not permitted and must confirm in writing that they do not do this or will stop doing so.
