Out-of-form Manchester City host their oldest of rivals Man United on Sunday in the Premier League. Neither side are in the best of shape, City have won just one of their last 10 in all competitions while the Red Devils have won just two of their last six in the league.

This is beautifully poised. I cannot for the life of me work out what’s going on at Manchester City but I think this derby will be open with plenty of high energy.

Big players turn up for big games. When you’re betting, always remember that. I see Erling Haaland scoring here. What’s he on? A semi-crisis of only having scored one goal in his last three or four matches?

He was anonymous in City’s 2-0 away loss to Juventus in the Champions League midweek, he was marshalled really well by the Juve defenders.

But, I’m going to go for City to turn the corner here, take the three points, and I’m going to back Haaland to score two goals. I think he’ll turn up here; he enjoys this game, and, defensively, Man United doesn’t have anywhere near the capabilities to stop him. He’s all wrong for all of their centre halves.
