Scoreconnect, a new communication platform tailored for sports betting and gaming, has launched to the industry.

Features of the product include real-time notifications, artificial intelligence-driven bet and casino recommendations and location-based messaging.

Each element aims to empower operators to deliver targeted and personalised content to players.

Antonio Ruggeri, who was previously Entain’s senior live casino product manager, has been made scoreconnect CEO and said the tool will be a “game-changer” for the sports betting and casino industries.

Its “state-of-the-art” recommendation engines and real-time messaging capabilities can “significantly amplify live casino and sports betting engagement,” he added.

“Visitors to the SBC Summit in Lisbon will be able to see the technology with several demos at the stand. We’re just getting started and I’m very pleased to head up the company as we build a successful business.”

As well as Telegram, WhatsApp is also set to be supported by scoreconnect.

Scoreconnect integrates directly with player account management systems, while a standalone version requiring no integration is also available.

Scoreconnect will offer live demos of the technology at SBC Summit in Lisbon.
