Taxable online sports betting revenue in Wyoming, US, rose 52 per cent year-on-year in July to US$1m.

Up from $683,634 in July 2023, the latest figure was also a rise of 71.5 per cent from June’s $606,625, according to data from the Wyoming Gaming Commission.

Gross gaming revenue in July was $1.5m, up 50.5 per cent from July 2023’s $998,740 and up 39.1 per cent from June 2024’s $1.1m.

The online sports betting revenue in Wyoming in July came from handle of $9.7m, which rose 19.3 per cent year-on-year but dropped 10.7 per cent from June’s $10.9m.

Subsequent tax revenues in July hit $104,056, up 52.2 per cent from June 2023 and climbing by 68.8 per cent from June’s $61,645.
